Frequently asked questions

What do I wear to my appointment?

Please arrive with no makeup on, and no coloured contact lenses. If you do wear make up because you have something on prior to your appointment, don't stress as I have makeup remover. You can wear anything clothing as I will be putting a cape on you.

Should I arrive early?

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment as I will have a client before you. 

What happens if I get sick or have to cancel due to emergency?

That is something that can't be controlled, please let me know asap and I can reschedule your appointment.

Do you do events? Hen dos?

We most certainly do! Please email us with a date you have in mind as well as how many people and I will be in touch with you regarding pricing, times, dates etc.

Booking terms & Conditions: 

To confirm your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change — you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance. If you're feeling unwell or unable to attend, please let us know as soon as you can so we can find a new time that suits you.

Please note that missed appointments without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
