In order to return please make sure:

• All return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets attached.

• All items must be tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

ONLINE PURCHASES - CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• The item(s) are returned to, and received by HisHer Image within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return.
• Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items, jewellery, bodysuits, bikini's, socks and lingerie due to hygiene reasons.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF SHASCULLFITES ITEMS (If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us via email for assistance). 

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can receive a refund to your original payment method for purchases made online.

• You must provide proof of purchase.
• We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size but please note due to stock being limited we will have to manufacture the required size which may incur a waiting period.
• The return of the item is made at your own cost.

Refunds within 7 days of purchase, you can receive a refund to your original payment method for purchases made.

Provided:
-You have proof of purchase
-Products were purchased at original retail price
-Products are returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached
 
Please note, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on:

- Shascullfites (All Items). 
-Sale items, however will happily provide an exchange for an alternate size or colour.
-Jewellery, bodysuits, swimwear, socks and lingerie due to hygiene reasons.
